Daniel was introduced to estate planning during law school at Wake Forest University while writing a grant to help prevent North Carolina farming families from losing their farms due to poor planning. He began Salem Law, in 2010, and practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, Medicaid planning, probate, powers of attorney, Veterans Benefits and elder law. He has 2 beautiful boys, lives downtown, attends Salem Presbyterian Church, serves as the President of the Stratford Rotary Club, does yoga and is active in the arts community of Winston-Salem.

 

Caroline Loftis

Caroline joined the Salem Law team in 2020 as the Client Services Coordinator.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Lees-McRae College in 2011.  For 13 years prior to Salem Law, she was in a banking career with BB&T and Fidelity Bank.  She is a passionate volunteer for Silver Stockings that prepares and delivers Christmas gifts to local Senior Living Facilities.  Caroline grew up in Mount Airy and now lives in Rural Hall with her cat Lucy.

Lindy joined Salem Law in 2014. She is an expert in areas of trust funding, estate administration, and various aspects of Elder Law including Medicaid Planning and Veterans Benefits.

She is a native of Winston-Salem and is proud to call it home. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with her big family and volunteering at the Forsyth Humane Society, where she adopted her cat Beatrice.

Lashanda joined the team at Salem Law in 2020. Her focus is Probate and Estate & Trust Administration.

She is the wife to her amazing husband, Delton, and Mommy to an astonishing little boy, Joshua. In her leisure, she thoroughly enjoys self care, spending time with family, traveling, exercising, reading (nonfiction, autobiographies, self help and religions) and hair is her hobby.
