Daniel was introduced to estate planning during law school at Wake Forest University while writing a grant to help prevent North Carolina farming families from losing their farms due to poor planning. He began Salem Law, in 2010, and practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, Medicaid planning, probate, powers of attorney, Veterans Benefits and elder law. His beautiful wife Abby is a local residential real estate agent; they have 2 boys at the Arts Based School and Daniel serves as a Deacon at Salem Presbyterian Church, on the Board of Directors at the Piedmont Land Conservancy, and as the Secretary and President-Elect of the Stratford Rotary Club.
Client Services Coordinator
Lahoma has approximately 2.5 decades of experience in an administrative assistant capacity. Her personal interests include humorous observational writing; copious reading; various arts, crafts, and creative outlets; and amateur anthropological research. She is also a volunteer trainee with Family Services of Winston-Salem. She and her husband, who is employed in the local tobacco industry; are 10-year residents of Winston-Salem and are both transplants from Southeast Texas. They have two beautiful adults daughters, and are both avid animal lovers.

A Winston-Salem native, Lindy has been with Salem Law for 5-years as of 2018. She is an expert in areas of trust funding, estate administration, and various aspects of Elder Law including Medicaid Planning and Veterans Benefits.
